I share the film and television locations I explore on Instagram, providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how ordinary streets or iconic landmarks transform into the vibrant backdrop of a story. From the newest Hollywood blockbuster to timeless TV dramas, it's always intriguing to witness the utilisation of these locations.
From a young age I have always loved film and television, being able to get lost in these magical worlds was always a joy. Like a lot of people, over the pandemic I managed to watch a lot of Netflix and the need for being outside made me wonder where my favourite shows were filmed. Then in 2021, whilst studying at university in Manchester, I went to see where some TV shows and films had been filmed and it was a thrill. Since then I have travelled across the UK to see hundreds of these locations, whether it be a castle in South Wales, a street in Yorkshire or a tourist attraction in London, it always gives the same joy to see how they have been used for the screen.
